Refills

• We offer refills on your old containers (except thin crystal - thicker lead crystal ok).

• There is a 16 Oz minimum charge so send in several as to meet this requirement.

• Tape a note on EACH container telling us what fragrance you want it filled with.

• Wrap each container with bubble wrap or several layers of newspaper.

• Place the jars in a sturdy enough box and separate them with wadded up newspaper or strofoam packing.

• Include in the box your name, address, phone number, e-mail address.

• You will be contacted by e-mail or phone for payment.

• To get a rough estimate of the amount of wax it'll take, if no scales are present, fill your containers with water using a measuring cup total the ounces then multiply this by 75¢.

• You need to melt the remaining wax, if using an old container, this will reduce your shipping charges to us.  If you have a candle warmer you can use this.

• To remove unused wax from jar or containers put in freezer overnight.  This will loosen
  the wax from the sides of the jar.  If this does not work then use heat as instructed below. * DO NOT Use Microwave Oven *

• Place the container/s on a sheet pan long enough to reach accross 2 eyes on your stove top.   Pan should have a lip, so as to catch any wax in case a container was to break.

• Turn on both eyes to their lowest setting (on a scale of 1 to 10 about a 1 or 2) for about 15 minutes.  This lets the containers preheat to prevent breakage.

• Increase settings to 3 then to 4 or 5.  This depends on the stove.  DO NOT leave unattended.

• Have a towel folded several times laying on your counter top to set your containers on to cool.

• DO NOT touch the container with your hands as you might get burned and/or the container could crack.

• DO NOT set the HOT glass container on a COLD surface. THIS WILL crack the glass.

• With oven mits or a folded up towel, pick up container and pour the wax into an old coffee can or other container that will not melt.

• Wrap some paper towels around a wooden spoon, wipe out the inside of container and place it on the towels.
